This professional certification workshop is brought to you thanks to the generous support of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District. Space is limited, and registration will be closed when the limit is reached. The workshop involves both classroom and field work, dress comfortably for both. Bring a hat, closed toed shoes, gloves, a reusable water bottle, sun screen, calculator, note pad and pens/pencils. Down River Equipment is putting on a Boat Maintenance & Repair Basics Workshop. We like inflatable boats because they’re low maintenance, but there are a few precautions you’ll want to take to help extend the life of your boat and gear. Attend the DRE boat maintenance and repair basics and we’ll show you how to give your boat a life of luxury make minor fixes in a breeze. We will be breaking into presentation sessions. American Stormwater Institute is putting on the Denver Qualified Stormwater Inspector Training - October 29th-30th, 2018. In this two-day course they will cover all the topics to ensure that you meet the regulatory requirement to conduct Stormwater Inspections. They will review the requirements of your state MS4, Construction, and Industrial General Permits; they will discuss what it takes for you to be in compliance with the permits; they will discuss inspection techniques that will help you better evaluate whether or not other permittees are in compliance with their permits – and how that influences your permit compliance.
