The City of Westminster is hiring an Open Space Supervisor to lead a dynamic work group responsible for delivery of high quality nature-based program curriculum that promotes an awareness for natural resources, outdoor recreation, environmental education, trail use, sustainability and stewardship. In addition to supervision of staff with responsibilities for volunteer management, GIS support and outdoor recreation, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, budgets and planning in support of the Westminster Open Space Stewardship Plan. Eagle County Government is looking for an Open Space Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of three employees to acquire and manage open space within Eagle County and educate residents about the program. This position will identify potential open space acquisitions for preliminary consideration by the Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) and preserve the open space once approved.
