The CDPHE is hiring a Stormwater Discharge Permits Unit Manager. This position leads the Permits Unit 1 in the Clean Water Program of the Water Quality Control Division. The Permits Unit 1 develops and issues state discharge permits for construction stormwater, industrial stormwater, municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4), dewatering activities, and all domestic wastewater discharges to groundwater.
