Greg Stanton of Arizona, former mayor of Phoenix, and Dr. Kathryn Sorensen, director of research at the Kyl Center for Water Policy at Arizona State University and former director of water services for the city of Phoenix, for a discussion of water and governance. The speakers will consider sustainability challenges in the southwestern United States and lessons learned from their work in Phoenix and elsewhere. They will delve into current governance issues and the critical need for bold leadership to ensure that our communities are resilient and sustainable.
