November 29th, 2023 | Dynamic Landscapes: Benefits Beyond Water Savings | Colorado WaterWise. Over the past few years, Colorado has experienced an unprecedented transition away from cool season turfgrass and towards water wise, drought-tolerant landscaping alternatives. More and more data suggests that replacing or limiting non-functional cool season turf significantly reduces outdoor water demand, saving water on our water bills and even delaying or negating the need for large investments in water supplies, infrastructure and storage. This panel was originally part of the Colorado WaterWise Symposium but has been rescheduled as a webinar given noise issues at the Symposium. This event will be hosted bilingually.
