REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: The Rio Grande Headwaters Restoration Project (RGHRP) is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms with expertise and experience in the design of community-based river recreation and restoration, as well as agricultural diversion infrastructure, to complete project designs, permitting documents, and oversee construction of the Alamosa Riverfront Project. The National Forest Foundation is accepting applications for their 2024 Conservation Connect Fellowships. The National Forest Foundation (NFF) invites graduate students pursuing a master's or doctoral degree to apply to the 2024 Conservation Connect Fellowship Program. Conservation Connect fellowships aim to build experience, knowledge, and skills within the next generation of collaborative and conservation leaders to support each other and advance the field. We are striving to build a cohort of emerging leaders, connecting graduate students who will go on to do important work with communities and public lands in the future! Apply by February 4th, 2024.
Water Education Colorado's Water Leaders Program is now open for applications. This program aims to positively impact the Colorado water profession by creating a pipeline of dedicated, effective water leaders across diverse fields who exemplify the four quadrants of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and social management.
