The successful incumbent in this role will assist with all major water resource efforts, including implementation of the Water Master Plan which includes water supply planning for an aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) project, reservoir operations, and non-potable system expansion. This role manages professional and technical personnel, and specialized consultants in performing complex, highly specialized studies, including water rights analyses, strategic planning, and raw water supply analysis.
